These ones are. So soft, especially the short-sleeved set. (For clarity, I'm talking about the giraffe ones in size 2T.) Other Carter's (the bear ones for instance) are huge on my son's waist in the same size. These fit and are super soft and adorable. My son weighs probably 28lbs or slightly over (depending on how much he's gained since last dr visit). I feel like he's tall for his age, usually is at 80-90 percentile in height, and average-slim.
